Having earned her J.D. from New England Law, where she served as a writer and editor of the prestigious Law Review, she combines exceptional analytical skills with deep transactional experience.

 

Raised in a family-owned business, Kerri knows firsthand how deeply personal these enterprises become—and how to navigate the emotions and relationships involved in major transitions. Her background in litigation and transactional law ensures every deal is structured to protect founders' interests while moving transactions forward efficiently. Her legal training enables her to spot potential issues before they become problems, while her entrepreneurial mindset keeps the focus on creating value.

With over 30 years of deal-making experience and more than $1 billion in closed transactions, Victor has seen every type of deal challenge—and knows how to overcome them. His broad industry experience across manufacturing, consumer products, technology, healthcare, and logistics means he can speak the language of founders in virtually any sector.

 

Beyond his Princeton and Harvard credentials, Victor brings real-world teaching experience, having instructed business leaders on everything from business plan writing to venture capital. This educator's perspective helps him break down complex transaction processes into clear, actionable steps for founders.

Chris brings the rare perspective of someone who's been in the founder's chair multiple times—and successfully navigated the emotional and financial complexities of selling businesses. Having personally completed three exits, including the $100MM sale of Durante Rentals to a private equity fund and the strategic sale of software to Microsoft, Chris understands exactly what founders face when contemplating the sale of their life's work.

 

As a Harvard-trained mediator and three-time CFO of the Year, Chris specializes in resolving the disputes and emotional tensions that can derail even promising deals. His 30+ years as an entrepreneur, investor, and consultant give him unique insight into both sides of the transaction table.

 

Chris was a competitive wrestler and Judoka. He was a training partner for the USA Olympic Judo Team and the Barbados Judo Team, where he helped the team prep for the Commonwealth Games. He brings an athlete's discipline and grit, along with teamwork and high-level performance, to every company he’s founded or worked with.
